1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. The email will contain tracking details, which may take up to 24 hours to update.
4. International Shipping
We currently only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Damages or Issues
ProDecs India is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In case your order is damaged:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods
- Take clear photos of the damage
- File a claim directly with the courier service
- Email us at info@prodecsindia.com and prodecsindia@gmail.com with your order number and images for support
