Order Cancellation – Know Your Rights
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it. You don’t need to provide a reason.

Once we confirm your request, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.
Return and Refund Policy – Conditions for Returning Items
To qualify for a return and refund:
- Submit a complete unboxing video clearly showing the product and the issue.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Return the product in unused condition, with original packaging intact.
We cannot accept returns if:
- You fail to provide an unboxing video.
- The item has been used or damaged.
- You raise a request after 7 days.
- The product is custom-made or bought on sale.
Non-Refundable Products
According to our return and refund policy, we do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Unsealed or used products
- Items bought on sale or under a special promotion
- Goods damaged due to customer mishandling
How to Return Your Order
If your return is approved:
- Use a trackable and insured courier to send the item.
- Contact us for the return address before shipping.
Please note that return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Gifts and Return Policy
If you received an item as a gift and it qualifies for return:
